Our co-founders Dan Douglass and Andrew Day have managed over £120m in advertising and marketing spend on behalf of some of the world’s most valuable blue chip brands including Microsoft, Intel, Pernod-Ricard, General Motors, Foot Locker, Shell, and Beiersdorf.
They have helmed creative departments of advertising agencies MRM//McCann, FCB, Imagination and Sapient_Razorfish, and along the way they’ve picked up multiple creative awards including 27 Cannes Lions and numerous D&AD pencils.
Dan spent ten years founding and growing the UK's leading independent integrated agency, DP&A, 'Campaign's' One-to-Watch, followed by spells ECD'ing at FCBi, Meteorite and MRM//McCann. Dan has built and helmed two independents through successful mergers and led thriving creative departments. Multi-award winning including DMA Grand Prix and Brand Republic Grand Prix.
Andrew was plucked from Central St. Martin’s College by pop group Duran Duran, before co-founding EMI Records own art department. From there, he joined SapientNitro, winning Cannes Cyber Gold for 'Sneakerpedia'. Andrew worked with experiential agency Imagination across their accounts with Shell and Ted Baker. He then signed up with MRM//McCann, helping to win business with Pernod-Ricard and Nespresso. He picked up numerous creative awards, including D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions for his work on XBox’s 'Survival Billboard’ and helped ensure that MRM//McCann were the joint most awarded agency at the 2016 DMAs.
