DAN (DOUGLASS)

Dan spent ten years founding and growing the UK's leading independent integrated agency, DP&A, 'Campaign's' One-to-Watch, followed by spells ECD'ing at FCBi, Meteorite and MRM//McCann. Dan has built and helmed two independents through successful mergers and led thriving creative departments. Multi-award winning including DMA Grand Prix, Brand Republic Grand Prix and numerous Cannes Lions.

 

ANDREW (DAY)

Andrew was plucked from Central St. Martin’s College by pop group Duran Duran, before co-founding EMI Records own art department. From there, he joined SapientNitro, winning Cannes Cyber Gold for 'Sneakerpedia', then on to experiential agency Imagination, before MRM//McCann, helping to win business with Pernod-Ricard and Nespresso whilst picking up dozens of creative awards, including D&AD Pencils and Cannes Lions, with 'Survival Billboard' for Microsoft XBox and seeing MRM//McCann as the joint most awarded agency at the 2016 DMAs.
